All prices are quoted in British Sterling and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at at the prevailing rate. In the event the rate of tax changes, this will be automatically reflected in the price charged.
Rates shown are lowest available, based on two adults sharing a standard twin/double room. Bookings are subject to availability. Prices will vary depending on day and accommodation type selected.
During your visit, contactless payment can be made via card or our mobile app. Please note that we do not accept cash or cheque payments.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is from 4.00pm on the day of arrival and check-out on the day of departure is at 11.00am.
The credit/debit card used for booking is required at check in. Please note that check-in will not be permitted without a valid credit card or debit card. On arrival all guests will be required to provide a valid credit card or debit card to guarantee room payment (if not prepaid) as well as extras/incidentals. This card will be utilised to administer a pre-authorisation charge of £50 per room per night, plus the value of any outstanding accommodation for the duration of your visit.
Occasionally, we may be able to accommodate an earlier check in, but this is subject to availability on the day and cannot be assured in advance. Late departures are by prior arrangement, subject to availability and may attract an additional premium.
Guests wishing to drop off their luggage before their room is ready may do so with the reception desk.
Flexible Rates: The hotel’s standard cancellation policy requires that any cancellation or amendment to a flexible reservation must be received 48 hours before arrival in order to avoid a penalty charge. In the event the hotel is notified any later than this, a charge equivalent to the rate for the first night of the stay will be due. In the event of non-arrival the full rate, or first nights’ accommodation will be charged.
Prepaid Rates: Reservations made on an advance purchase rate (where the payment for the stay is required at time of booking) are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Coldra Court Hotel is a child-friendly hotel group and welcomes children of all ages. A range of family room types are also available to purchase should you wish to enjoy more space.
Family room prices are based on two adults and two children up to the age of 13 sharing, and includes breakfast for both adults and children (breakfast not included for room only bookings)
The following policy applies to all areas of the hotel, all employees and guests either resident or non-resident. This policy is implemented to ensure that Coldra Court Hotel is demonstrating due diligence in achieving part 4 of the Licensing objectives; “the protection of children from harm” as stated in the Licensing Act 2003.
Children under the age of 16 are to be accompanied by an adult at all times in our licensed venues.
For the purpose of this policy, the definition of accompanied is; to chaperone and continually supervise from a close distance. For example: sitting at a table with them.
After 9.00pm, the Duty Manager reserves the right to ask children to vacate the public bars if this is deemed appropriate to the business. If there are children behaving in a particular manner and affecting the experience of our other guests the Duty Manager may decide to exercise this right.
Children under the age of 16 years old are not permitted in any of our licensed venues after 11pm even when accompanied by an adult (except when attending a private function).
At no time are children allowed to sit or stand at the bar unless the accompanying adult is waiting to be served.
‘Home Alone’ – No child residents under the age of 14 should be left alone in your family bedroom. Your children remain the sole responsibility of you as guardian or parent.
We do not offer a babysitting service.

Payment by gift voucher is only accepted if the physical gift voucher is presented upon arrival. Vouchers are redeemable from the date of purchase until the outlined expiry date.
Complaints and Comments
Any complaint or comment regarding a stay at any Coldra Court Hotel should be made in the first instance to the hotel’s duty manager at the time of your stay so that it can be resolved at the time. Problems which cannot be resolved there and then should be notified in writing to FAO Hotel Manager.
